Events and tickets manager.

It doesn’t matter if you are running a webinar, a virtual event, or a live event you no longer waste time setting up landing pages and integrating them into all the systems needed to manage and promote.

Here’s how to set up your event.

Add Events.

Creating new events is very straightforward so make sure you have all your information ready to go!

Date And Time.

Scroll down to add more event details as we highlight below. At the top, you can choose the “Date And Time” for start and end dates on the Event Details.

To turn your appointment into an all-day event, check the “All Day Event” option. in order to Remove or Hide Start End Time in Details section check the “Hide Event Time” option or if you want to hide the end time check the “Hide Event End Time”.

Event Repeating.

You  can also set repeating events or meetings. choose the “Event Repeating” Then check the “Event Repeating (Recurring events)” checkbox.

In the “Repeats” choose how often you want the event to repeat.

Hourly Schedule.

You can add a day and hourly schedules for your events. simply click on “Add Day”.

Set the title for the day then click on the “Add” under the day section and explain what will be going on in the event using this option. set start time, end time, title, description, and select speakers.

Location / Venue.

In this section, you can choose locations have already been added as well as add a new location.

Links.

Event links.

If you set a link in this field, it will be replaced instead of the default event page link. more specifically This link will be linked to event title.

More Info.

If you set a link in this field, it will be shown on event single page. Also, you can change the label of the “More Information” link and decide if you want to open links in the same tab or in a new window.

Organizer.

In this section, you can choose organizers have already been added as well as add a new organizer.

Total Booking Limits & Total User Booking Limits.

The booking limit is a restriction on the maximum amount of tickets that can be sold.

To do that disable the “Unlimited” option and set the limitation number. if you don’t need limitations, leave the “Unlimited” option enabled, you can also limit the booking per user.

Note: if the cost field is empty and the event doesn’t have any paid tickets, the event will be for free with unlimited capacity.

Tickets.

You can add tickets for the event by clicking on the Add Ticket” button.

Set title, description: set these filed wisely to clarify your ticket type. 

Start time, end time: if you need a ticket in different time periods you can set these times in tickets depending on your need. 

Price: insert price of the ticket also you can Insert 0 for a free ticket. 

Price Label: this field using for showing on the website. 

Available Tickets: Ticket limits apply to individual tickets. if you don’t need limitations enable the “Unlimited” option. 

Minimum Ticket: Set a number for the minimum ticket reservation.

Also, You can stop selling ticket a time before the event start.

If you want to announce a period of time in which you want a different price for the ticket, you need to add a “Price Per Date”. You can set the price label and in order to add more details click on Add or Remove to edit the details.

Ticket Variations / Options.

Ticket Variations enable you to choose more items and include them for reservation options while booking an event.

You can set the price and the maximum number per ticket. Leave the field blank for an unlimited number.

Booking Form.

You can customize the booking form to collect the information you need for your specific event.

So, are all these tools actually free?

Well, all the network features are free for all registered individuals to use and collaborate, but 9% of every transaction goes to the network.
